We offer free and discreet global shipping. However, due to import regulations, we do not ship to the following destinations: the Middle East, Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Africa, and other countries with strict laws regarding sex dolls.

Customs Clearance & Fees

Shipments to the USA and Japan are exempt from any customs fees, import taxes, or duties. Certain conditions apply to countries/regions such as the EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Vietnam, and Singapore.

For all other countries/regions, as the importer of the product, customers will be responsible for any import duties imposed by the local government upon arrival. We do not cover import duties as each country has its own system and fees.

Shipping Duration

We have US warehouses and EU warehouses where products are in stock and can be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. The specific delivery time depends on your destination.

For customized sex dolls, our production time is approximately 5-10 days, depending on the options you choose. Shipping duration is 3-8 weeks.

Our goal is to expedite the shipment of all our products so you can enjoy your new doll as soon as possible. However, please note that your doll is handmade and customized, so even pre-ordered items require time for crafting. We appreciate your understanding.

Doll Tracking and Packaging

Once your doll is shipped, we will promptly email you a tracking link for real-time monitoring.

Our shipping procedures adhere to stringent privacy standards, ensuring no external indicators on the packaging box. Warning: Some packages may incur damage during long-distance transportation. If you notice any package damage or tampering, please refuse to sign for it! If you inadvertently accept a damaged product, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you.
