Order cancellation
- You can cancel your order for free within 2 hours of placing it.
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours but less than 48 hours, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
- After 48 hours, the order cannot be canceled.
- This policy does not apply to dolls that are in stock, as these dolls will be shipped immediately after the order is placed, Once the doll has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled for any reason.
Product damage
- Before shipping, we conduct a quality inspection of your doll, reducing the likelihood of any damages or defects. Additionally, we will provide you with comprehensive testing, packaging videos, and images, allowing you to verify upon receipt.
- If you receive the doll without any issues, but no longer require it due to personal reasons, we will not accept returns or complaints for any reason, in consideration of health and hygiene.
- If you find that the packaging is abnormal, damaged, or wrong when you receive your doll, please do not use the product and provide us with a complete receiving and unpacking video as evidence within 24 hours (via email). Keep the product package intact and unopened. We will not deal with your complaint if the product has already been used.
- In case of missing parts, we will send you the damaged or missing parts in most cases.
Returns and refunds
- The only reason we will accept a return or refund is if the product is damaged when it is delivered and the evidence is true.
- The return service can only be carried out if the undamaged packaging is not used.
- We will not provide returns or refunds for any other reason, as our products are all custom-made for you.
